Return and Repair Policy

Our pieces are designed and made for you! We want you to be happy. We gladly accept returns on unworn items purchased from our website within the last 60 days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (note: a $7.00 shipping & handling fee will be deducted).

To initiate a return, please email us at averlyjade1@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Carefully pack the items you do not wish to keep, along with their original packaging, and drop off the return at your nearest U.S. Post Office.

Please note:

– Returns must be processed through email and shipped using a prepaid Averly Jade return label.
– Returns sent without prior email authorization or without the provided label will not be accepted.
– A restocking fee will be withheld from all returns.

If you purchased a defective Averly Jade piece directly from our website, we will gladly repair it free of charge within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

If your item was damaged from regular wear and tear and was purchased from our website, we’re happy to offer a repair service. A repair fee may apply and will be assessed and quoted by our team on a case-by-case basis.

To request a repair, please email us at averlyjade1@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. A member of our team will respond within 7 business days.

Please note:
– We only offer repairs for items purchased directly from averlyjade.com.
– No work will be performed until any applicable fees are approved and payment is processed.
– Please allow a minimum of 45 days for repairs to be completed.
